International, evidence-based, certified.

You have the right to know what kind of therapy you'll receive and from whom. Below I share the methods I use, who they suit, and why this combination is rare.

PROMPT
Motor Speech

Developed by Deborah Hayden. I am certified at the Bridging level.

PROMPT

Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets — a tactile-kinesthetic motor speech method.

What is this method for?
The therapist "guides" correct sound production by applying gentle touches to the client's face and jaw. Which muscle should work, for how long, and where is conveyed by hand — a powerful tool especially for children with motor planning difficulties.
Who is it for?
Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), severe articulation disorders, dysarthria, compensatory articulations after cleft lip and palate.
Why does this certification matter?
PROMPT is a rigorously standardized training program worldwide. "I watched/read it" is not enough; it cannot be applied without official certification. Very few therapists in Türkiye have reached the Bridging level.
Palin
PCI
Early Stuttering

The Michael Palin Centre, London · Family-interaction model.

Palin PCI

Parent–Child Interaction Therapy for Early Childhood Stammering — family-focused stuttering therapy in early childhood.

What is this method for?
Rather than telling the child to "speak properly," it structures the family's everyday interaction style. Micro-changes that support the child's fluency (speech rate, frequency of questions, turn-taking) are worked on systematically with the family.
Who is it for?
Children aged 2–7 experiencing early-onset stuttering, and their families.
Why does this certification matter?
The Michael Palin Centre is one of the most respected stuttering centers in the world literature. The method is supported by RCTs and is recommended to be delivered only by certified practitioners.
CARE™
School-Age Stuttering

Prof. Dr. Courtney Byrd · The University of Texas at Austin.

CARE™ Model

Communication, Acceptance, Resilience, Education — a comprehensive, holistic stuttering model.

What is this method for?
It enables the child or adult who stutters to work holistically — beyond fluency shaping — on communication skills, acceptance, resilience, and awareness. The aim is not to "fix" stuttering but for the person to speak with confidence.
Who is it for?
School-age children, adolescents, and adult clients who stutter.
Why does this certification matter?
Prof. Courtney Byrd is one of the world's leading names in stuttering research. The certification is delivered to a limited number of participants under academic and clinical supervision.
DIR
Autism / Development

Developed by Dr. Stanley Greenspan.

DIR Floortime

Developmental, Individual-difference, Relationship-based — a play-based, relationship-focused developmental model.

What is this method for?
Starting from the child's interest, we meet on the floor at their play level and grow the circles of interaction step by step. Joint attention, turn-taking, emotion sharing, and symbolic thinking develop gradually.
Who is it for?
Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, those showing developmental delay, or those with differences in communicative intent.
Why does this certification matter?
DIR trains to international standards; being family-oriented sets it apart from behavioral approaches. The child's motivation and emotional bond are at the center.
VNeST
Aphasia

Dr. Lisa Edmonds · Columbia University.

VNeST

Verb Network Strengthening Treatment — a verb-network-focused therapy method in aphasia.

What is this method for?
It approaches word-finding difficulty in aphasia starting from the verb. By systematically strengthening the who-to whom-what-where network around the verb, it generalizes to untrained words too — a high-evidence method.
Who is it for?
Adults diagnosed with aphasia after stroke or traumatic brain injury — especially those with naming difficulties.
Why does this certification matter?
I published a case study on VNeST conducted in Türkiye in the Journal of Language, Speech and Swallowing Research. I apply the method at both academic and clinical levels.

Early Childhood

Turkish-adapted early intervention curriculum.

Interaction-Based Early Childhood Intervention Program.

What is this method for?
It develops language and communication skills in early childhood by embedding them into daily family routines. It teaches families concrete interaction strategies and supports practice in the child's natural environment.
Who is it for?
Children aged 0–6 with language delay, autism spectrum, or general developmental delay.
Why does this certification matter?
A Turkish-adapted, culturally appropriate program — training is essential to apply the method properly with local families.
Test
Assessment

Standard Turkish assessment battery.

Standard Turkish Assessment Tests

Tests normed for Türkiye such as TEDİL, EROT, GOBDÖ-2 TV, IVO-ODS.

What are these tests for?
They quantify the child's or adult's language-speech profile according to Turkish norms. They ground treatment goals scientifically and make progress measurable.
Why does it matter?
To be able to say "I measured it" rather than "I felt it." They are officially accepted assessment tools for insurance, the Ministry of Education, or hospital reports.
